Susan's
one-on-one customized approach enables people to dig deep and
uncover the obstacles that are holding them back. By providing
clear guidance and practical tips throughout the process, Susan
challenges people to step out of their comfort zone so they can
accelerate change and improve in all areas, including appearance,
self-esteem, attitude, etiquette, and interpersonal communication
skills.
In addition to working with such nationally
known clients as IBM Corporation, KeyBank, SPL WorldGroup, and
United Airlines, Susan believes in giving back to the community.
Currently, she is empowering young women and providing entrepreneurial
skills, image and etiquette training as part of the Next Generation
Outreach for the National Association of Women Business Owners
(Chicago Chapter). In 1997 and 1998 she was a mentor with Menttium
100, an executive development program for high-potential women.
She also conducts a monthly motivational program at The Inner
Voice, a learning center and shelter for individuals overcoming
alcohol and drug dependency.
Susan is on the Advisory Board of Empowering
Women Network and is a member of the National Association of Women
Business Owners (NAWBO). She is past president of the Chicago
Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International.
In 2001, Susan received Rotary’s Paul Harris Fellow award and
was the recipient of the 1996-97 Chicago Chapter ‘Member of the
Year’ award from the Association of Image Consultants International.
Other highlights include frequent television and radio appearances,
as well as contributions to numerous publications, including The
Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Chicago
Magazine, The Daily Herald and Cosmopolitan
magazine.
